Determined to provide old-fashioned legal services to those in need of legal assistance, Armene Kaye began her law practice in 1999. The main goal was to develop genuine relationships with clients, as well as a successful law practice, one client at a time. It was important to her that people have an attorney that they could trust and count on, who also has a business degree in her arsenal.
Since that time, success has not been measured solely by the outcome of the case. It also reflects the degree of client satisfaction at the end of the day. Armene is one of only a handful of attorneys that is a member of the Better Business Bureau and stands behind the reputation she has built her practice on.
“You haven’t provided truly successful legal services when you’ve won the legal battle, only to find that your client has become a casualty of the legal system” she says with certainty. Armene fully informs potential clients of the cost of services and risks involved in litigation. They receive a realistic view of the legal process prior to the start of representation.” As a courtesy, new clients receive a letter on how to keep their attorney fees to a minimum. Many have taken advantage of her self-help tips, discounts and free services offered to repeat customers.
Armene offers free telephone consultations, offsite visits and extended hours, by appointment.
